Classes run on a drop-in basis. Participants can register online or in person at the studio. Northeast Arts can accept credit card, cash, check or Venmo. Note the studio is closed for August 28 - 31.

The method has a healing effect on the body, mind and spirit by working through energy channels, stiff joints, stubborn muscle tightness and stuck fascia. This method is designed to access and acquire the body’s full range of movement, with strength, flexibility, ease and power. All ages and movement levels benefit from GYROKINESIS® exercise. Feel the spirit of yoga and the balance of Tai Chi, the motion of swimming and the beauty of dance all in one place. One hour.

Enhance your mind-body connection Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® classes designed for dancers and non-dancers who love discovering new ways to improve their well-being. Feldenkrais expands your movement potential through gentle, guided exercises that improve mobility, stability, and coordination. This class will help you move more comfortably and efficiently in the dance studio and everyday life. No experience needed - just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore! One hour. Online or in person.

Physical Therapy Services - Jane Bieber

Jane Bieber, physical therapist and life-long dancer, works with dancers and non-dancers alike, offering over 50 years of knowledge and experience in her practice. As a physical therapist, her approach is a combination of exercise and manual therapy,  focused on myofascial release and total body balancing. Her work life has included 9 years teaching undergraduate biological sciences, and 36 years as a practicing PT, including 21 years in solo private practice. She holds a BA in biology, an MS in human anatomy/human genetics, and an MSPT in physical therapy. In-studio physical therapy services are available by appointment, at the discretion of the PT.
