about the workshop:
Northeast Arts is thrilled to welcome Daniel Navarro Lorenzo for a special dance workshop and practice exchange. In this workshop, Daniel will lead a class that merges the freedom of Release technique with the structural discipline of the Limón principles. Dancers will explore the balance between effortlessness and control, flow and form, and discover how to move with both strength and sensitivity.
The session will focus on developing body awareness, fluid transitions, and an authentic connection to movement, concluding with choreographic material from Daniel’s own repertoire, offering participants the chance to embody and express these ideas in a creative context.
Join us for this unique opportunity to learn from one of today’s most dynamic choreographic voices.
